Before Performing prayer (Sala), please ensure that your body and clothes are clean from any Impurities (Najasa) such as blood, Urination, defecation and Vomit. Ladies are exempted from prayers when they're on their monthly cycle, or during post-natal period. Before restarting their prayers, they have to take a special bath (ghusul). Both ladies and gents have to take a bath (ghusul) after having a physical intimate relationship.
